Shafic Batambuzye is 4years old and he has been with us for the all of his life. We received him here in 2016 when he was one week old. His parents are unknown as he was helped by a good samaritan who found him beside his house and he decided to hand this boy to our home when he was 1 week old. Shafic Batambuzye is meant to be on pre-school in baby class but due to lack of school money he has not started school yet.
