Today we are starting to introduce to our volunteers a complete accounting system for donations received. On request, we make everything transparent for the donor: what exactly we spent the donation on (line items), how much what cost and the corresponding invoices as a scan or photo in addition. Everything is neatly filed on a Google Drive, so that every expenditure can be traced exactly.
If you as a donor would like to receive a detailed statement of our expenses for your donation, please let us know in the donation form. Simply check the box ‘I request expense receipts’.
